I finished my second cake today. I made the Jungle Cake of our my The essential Guide to Cake Decorating. This is what it is supposed to look like:
This time I baked my cake a head of time and froze it, this saved me time when I started decorating. I also made some of the sugar paste molded figures last night to give them time to dry. 4 hours later I'm done! here is what it looks like:
